Montezuma National Wildlife Refuge


Part of the U.S. National Wildlife Refuge System, the Refuge provides over 9,000 acres of protected lands and managed wetlands for wildlife.

Montezuma Audubon Center


Five different types of habitat, two restored freshwater marshes, two-miles of hiking trails, and an all-access observation platform. The MAC also houses a large exhibit area, classroom, nature store, and more.

Northern Montezuma WMA


Home to many rare species including state-listed endangered species such as the bald eagle, cerulean warbler, Indiana bat, sedge wren, osprey, least bittern, pied-billed grebe, and northern harrier.
